Jorge and Louisa - Jorge is a regular coloured male. Louisa is predominantly yellow or Pied. The nest box is on and they are playing in it. Should breed in spring or summer of 2010.

All of our birds are raised on a diet of premium pellets, seed treats and fruits and vegetables.

They are fully flighted and housed in larger flight cages. All of them are set up for breeding but as you know you cannot schedule mother nature. I will keep their nesting progress updated regularly.

We are starting to collect both Australian and New Zealand Parakeets. I am Planning a large outdoor flight for the summer of 2010 to house them in. I am planning a couple of large natural flights with real tree blanches to perch on and lots of area for flight and forage.

Our Crimson Bellied Conure is not named as of yet as we have not had it sexed. It is 6 months old and a very good looking and tame bird.
We would hate to call it a name and then have to change it later so it will be named when we get the DNA sexing done.

They were both born in early 2009 and about 11 months old and bonding nicely. They will be set up for breeding in the fall of 2010.
Hopefully they should have babies in 2011.
